“Thank you for your outstanding professional work on our campaign capacity study.  In a very short time frame, you were able to conduct and analyze over forty interviews, with over thirty being face to face.  These interviews, with some of Northeast Ohio Medical University's most important alumni, faculty, leaders and donors, provided extremely valuable information which will help shape our future campaign. Thanks again for your time, experience, and wisdom in this campaign study phase.” -  Jay A. Gershen, D.D.S., Ph.D., President, Northeast Ohio Medical University

The Two Year Anniversary

March 01, 2015 0 Comments Bloggies by William Mountcastle

It’s pretty hard to believe that it’s only been two years since I launched Health Philanthropy Services Group. Although I spent a few months planning and organizing, I officially launched the business March 1, 2013. A year ago, we were a healthy start-up, in one small office, with one intern, three contract consultants and a quickly growing handful of wonderful clients. Today we are three employees, four contract consultants, two independent communication specialists, two design freelancers, and an ever expanding list of health systems, hospitals, and medical schools from the west to east coasts. And we have much more coming down the pipeline.

During this holiday season, a donation to a local hospital or medical center could prove to be the most valuable and rewarding gift you give this year. Here's why:

Smile! We're One Year Old!

Some nights, I ask my daughters, “What made you smile today?”  It’s been a ritual now for some time.  Typically, they say something about a classmate at school or something their teacher did.  They always turn the question right back at me.  “Daddy, what made you smile today?”
