Workshops to Improve Fundraising and Team Effectiveness

If you, your Board members, or executive leadership are interested in learning more about fundraising strategy, physician engagement, grateful patient fundraising, or other health philanthropy strategies, Health Philanthropy Services Group can tailor a workshop to your specific situation.  We can work on your schedule, providing either half-day or multiple day workshops.

We utilize highly inclusive and participatory methodologies resulting in improved teamwork and increased organizational effectiveness.  Other benefits include:

Depending on your situation, different methodologies are utilized as noted below:

Situation Solution
Goal setting, Problem Solving Consensus Workshop Method - A half-day session that engages the participation of each group member, maximizes creative idea generation, focuses on group's consensus, and builds effective team partnership.
Implementation Planning Action Planning Process - A half-day session for short term planning of an agreed upon event or project. The process clarifies and delineates the task, aligns resources, clarifies roles and responsibilities, and develops an implementation timeline that builds group trust, support, enthusiasm and consensus.
Visioning and Strategic Planning Strategic Planning Process - A multiple-day session that enables participants to identify the vision, uncover underlying obstacles or issues preventing realization of the vision, agree on strategic directions to move toward the vision and overcome obstacles and the development of an implementation plan. This session may include or be preceded with an additional half or full day environmental scan, that identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to the business unit.
